am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with your product. I purchased a pair of earphones, and within just 15 days, one side has stopped working. This is highly unexpected from a reputed brand like Elver.

I had previously sent an email regarding this issue but have not received any response so far. I had higher expectations in terms of both product quality and customer service. Unfortunately, this has been a disappointing experience.

Getting buzzz continuosly for earphones

Sound quality is good but sometimes while using on laptop buzz sound is getting higher
