We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier authorities. We guarantee to deliver the product within 3-7 days as per the delivery date agreed upon while initiating the payment.

All orders will be delivered to the address you provide for Shipping.

Replacement / Repair Policy

At Elver, we prepare every order carefully to ensure and provide the best experience to our customers. Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order is completed. However, customers may request a cancellation by providing a valid reason, only if the order has not yet been dispatched from our side.

And just in case the cancellation is approved once an order has been dispatched, the purchase amount will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that a product is found to be missing, tampered with, or damaged during transit, we kindly request that customers notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared along with the complaint for verification purposes.

Requests raised beyond this timeline will not be eligible for consideration, and Elver will not be liable to accept the product thereafter.

Customers can contact support@elver.in to initiate the process. Our team will promptly review the case and, after verification, may repair or replace the product at our discretion. Elver reserves the right to assess the authenticity of the damage. 

All return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Transaction-related costs, if applicable, will be covered by Elver post-repair or replacement.
